Summer Camp isn’t a traditional conference.
It’s a four-day gathering in the mountains, reserved exclusively for Medvale members.

The experience combines a curated learning agenda with speakers, peer discussions, and working sessions — all designed to encourage deeper conversations and more honest exchanges than typical industry events. The setting and pace create space for reflection, connection, and collaboration around leadership, teams, and the real challenges facing healthcare organizations today.

Summer Camp is included as part of Medvale membership and is not open to the public. It’s one of the ways the Medvale community strengthens relationships and trust by spending focused time together, away from day-to-day routines.
