This year’s Medvale Summer Camp brought healthcare leaders from across the country to the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho — and while the setting was unforgettable, it was the people who made it extraordinary.
From early morning coffees at the mLounge to late-night conversations by the fire, every corner buzzed with energy. Some Medvalistas met in person for the first time, others picked up friendships right where they left off, and everywhere there were genuine exchanges — stories, ideas, challenges, and encouragement.
The program was as rich as the setting: a scenario planning exercise, a conversation on AI in healthcare, one-on-one Branding Support sessions, the always-popular Dolphin Tank, and a Town Council strategy session. Still, many will tell you that the most lasting insights came from the “in-between” moments — a hike that turned into an impromptu coaching session, or a casual chat that sparked a new project idea.
